How I Changed My Lifestyle

This is how I changed my lifestyle and mindset. This is going to be ways I changed my "can’t do" mindset into a "can do" mindset in just a few weeks. The main thing I started out by doing was reciting positive affirmations everyday. It slightly started as a joke, and that’s okay because as time goes on and you continue them, your mind adapts to them and they become normal and honestly make you happy just like a normal compliment would. These can be things like "I look really good today" or "love the fit!". You are really just complimenting yourself, but make sure they are positive things. The next thing I did was take a picture every day of something I thought was pretty, or really just anything I wanted. It’s like a daily reminder of what you did that day and can later on help you remember the kind of day you had. Next, I sort of developed what some people refer to as the "floating rock mentality" which is the idea that we are literally on a space rock floating around in the middle of nowhere. Nothing really matters, opinions don’t matter. With the idea that we are in the middle of an expanding universe, keep in mind that no one make it out of earth alive. Do what you want, wear what you want, eat what you want. You shouldn’t let people judge you for being the king or queen your are ;). Instead, let them regret judging you. Lastly, this is a person preference because I tend to be quite active, I found that when I work out, I am happier and have a better mindset than when I don’t workout. If you are not into working out, that is not a problem, everyone has hobbies and for example if yours is art, you might feel happier and more motivated after you have just painted. Using this, if I work out before something I know is going to be stressful, I tend to be less stressed while doing the activity. I hope these tips are helpful and are able to start you on your journey to a better lifestyle!
